Research Use Only (RUO) Policy
All compounds supplied by Wyoming Research Labs LLC are strictly for laboratory research use only. They are not approved for human or animal consumption, medical diagnostics, or therapeutic applications. No instructions for preparation, administration, or dosage are provided.
1. Federal Regulatory Compliance (21 CFR 809.10(c))
In strict accordance with United States federal regulations under 21 CFR 809.10(c), all chemical reagents, peptide sequences, and analytical compounds distributed by Wyoming Research Labs LLC are labeled and classified as “For Research Use Only – Not for Human or Animal Use.” Buyers acknowledge and agree that these materials have not undergone evaluation or approval by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other domestic or international regulatory agency for safety or efficacy in diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
2. Purchaser Qualifications, Age & Legal Capacity
By placing an order through our catalog, the purchaser formally warrants and represents that:
- They are at least 18 years of age (or 21 where mandated by local jurisdiction) and possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- They are a qualified researcher, principal investigator, or an authorized purchasing agent affiliated with an accredited academic institution, independent analytical laboratory, or registered corporate research facility.
- They assume full responsibility for ensuring that any compound acquisition complies fully with local, state, and federal laws governing chemical handling and laboratory safety.
3. Verification & Right to Request Credentials
Wyoming Research Labs LLC reserves the absolute right to request institutional identification, professional credentials, or proof of laboratory affiliation prior to fulfilling or dispatching any order. We maintain the right to immediately cancel and refund any order suspected of non-compliance with our Research Use Only mandate.
4. Prohibition of Resale & Repackaging
Compounds supplied through WRL Labs are intended solely for direct use by the purchasing laboratory or institution. Unauthorized resale, commercial distribution, re-labeling, or repackaging of any product is strictly prohibited.
5. Absence of Preparation & Administration Guidance
Wyoming Research Labs LLC provides zero instructions, protocols, reconstitution guides, delivery mechanisms, administration schedules, or dosage guidelines for any compound. Any inquiries requesting human or animal application instructions will be denied to preserve absolute adherence to our Research Use Only mandate.
6. Hazard & Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Acknowledgment
Purchasers acknowledge that compounds may possess unstudied or hazardous chemical properties. The researcher agrees to utilize appropriate containment facilities, standard operating procedures, and personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling any materials obtained from WRL Labs.
7. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
Wyoming Research Labs LLC bears zero liability for misuse, improper storage, unauthorized application, or legal infractions resulting from the handling of compounds supplied through our inventory. Researchers and institutional buyers agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WRL Labs, its officers, and partners against any claims, damages, or legal expenses arising from product utilization.
