Refund & Replacement Policy
Due to the sensitive, temperature-controlled, and analytical nature of research compounds supplied by Wyoming Research Labs LLC, strict standards govern all returns, replacements, and refunds. Opened, reconstituted, or tampered vials are strictly non-returnable.
1. Compound Integrity & Return Restrictions
Because absolute batch consistency and chromatographic purity are vital for laboratory research and analytical reproducibility, Wyoming Research Labs LLC maintains a strict non-return policy for compounds once they have left our temperature-controlled dispatch facility. Specifically:
- Vials that have been opened, punctured, reconstituted, or subjected to unauthorized handling cannot be returned, credited, or refunded under any circumstances.
- Sales of custom synthesis compounds or special-order analytical reagents are final and non-refundable.
2. Transit Damage & Shipping Discrepancies
We take rigorous precautions with temperature-stable packaging and secure seals. However, if a package arrives with documented transit compromise, broken outer seals, or damaged containers, institutional buyers must notify our support team immediately.
3. Claim Filing Procedure & 48-Hour Window
To qualify for a batch review, damage assessment, or replacement evaluation:
- Institutional buyers must submit a formal claim within 48 hours of verified delivery.
- Claims must include clear photographic evidence of the outer packaging, shipping label, and the affected vials displaying intact lot numbers.
- Unauthorized returns sent without prior written confirmation or Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be refused.
4. Replacement Protocol & Merchant Discretion
Upon verification of transit compromise or verified shipping discrepancies, WRL Labs will issue a replacement vial of the identical compound and batch sequence. Monetary refunds are issued solely at the discretion of management and are restricted to unfulfilled orders or verified carrier loss.
